What's New for 2019?
A range of updates is welcomed for the 2019 model-year.
From a performance model to new safety features, you'll enjoy what Ford
has taken the time to change. While the old V6 engine has been
eliminated, the 2.0-liter turbo paired with an eight-speed automatic
transmission generates 250 horsepower. Whether you want front or
all-wheel drive you can get them both. And don't forget, the new Edge
can tow up to 3,500 when properly equipped.
In addition to a powertrain change, new safety features are
standard like automatic emergency braking. Standard blind-spot monitors
also enter the mix for added levels of confidence.

Style and Performance
The Ford Edge has always been performance-driven. But
that's even more true for the 2019 model-year. The 2019 Ford Edge ST
features a 2.7-liter twin-turbo V6. It produces a massive 335 horsepower
and features a sport driving mode for optimized performance. A
suspension tune and improved steering also add to the enjoyment of
driving an Edge ST. We believe area drivers will appreciate this new
model, as it retains the practicality of a crossover but doesn't
sacrifice on good old-fashioned automotive fun.
When it comes to styling, the 2019 Ford Edge outshines the
competition. With multiple wheel options, modern cabin features and
confident outside looks, the Edge won't get lost in the sea of
crossovers that cover area roads today. It truly turns heads in all the
right ways.
